Foundation Crack Injection
Cracks in poured concrete walls are the most common reason a basement leaks. We inject expanding polyurethane into the crack from inside. It reacts with water, swells up to 20 times its size and seals the crack from front to back, even cracks up to 1/2" wide.

Delta Membrane & Interior Drainage Tile
For walls that leak in more than one spot, or water coming up where the wall meets the floor. We install drainage tile under the floor along the walls and fit Delta membrane against the foundation, so any water that gets in is carried to the sump and pumped out.

Sump Pump Installation
Your sump pump is the last line of defence. We install new sump pits and pumps and replace old or failing ones, so the water your drainage system collects goes out and away from the house.
